Hon. Oyakhilome Bello, APC-USA National Youth Leader, Commends Governor Monday Okpebholo on Security Achievements in Edo State

Hon. Oyakhilome Bello, the APC-USA National Youth Leader, has commended the Executive Governor of Edo State, Monday Okpebholo, for his decisive efforts in tackling insecurity across the state.

Reacting to the recent arrests of suspected kidnappers and the sustained crackdown on criminal elements in Edo State, Hon. Bello praised the Governor's commitment to restoring peace and security. Recent security operations in the state have led to the arrest of numerous suspected kidnappers, cultists, and other criminal elements, while several victims have also been rescued. 

According to Bello, Governor Okpebholo has demonstrated strong leadership by declaring total war against kidnapping, cultism, and other forms of criminality that threaten the safety of residents and the development of the state. He noted that the Governor's security initiatives have significantly improved the security situation and boosted public confidence. 

Hon. Bello encouraged Edo citizens to continue supporting the Governor and security agencies in the ongoing fight against crime, emphasizing that collective cooperation is essential to sustaining peace and stability within the state.

He further stated that the improvement in security has enhanced the image of Edo State both nationally and internationally, making the state more attractive to investors and creating an enabling environment for economic growth and development.

Bello also applauded the various security agencies operating in Edo State for their collaboration with the state government, noting that their dedication and professionalism have contributed immensely to the recent successes recorded in the fight against insecurity. 

In conclusion, Hon. Bello expressed pride in being an indigene of Edo State, stating that the Governor's performance and commitment to good governance have boosted his confidence and morale while representing the state abroad.

I am proud to come from Edo State. The remarkable efforts of Governor Monday Okpebholo in combating insecurity and promoting development have given Edo people at home and abroad renewed hope and confidence in the future of our state, Bello stated.
