On behalf of myself, my family, supporters, friends, and the entire Adesotu Political Family, I, Barr. Kelvin Adesotu, Former Aspirant for the Edo State House of Assembly (2023 & 2027), heartily congratulate Hon. Osarobo Osaro Anthony  on his well-deserved victory as the duly elected Chairman of the Local Government of Ovia South-West I also extend my warm congratulations to the elected Vice Chairman Hon.Bakare Issac and all the ten Councillors who emerged victorious in the just-concluded Local Government Election today.

Your victories are not merely personal achievements but a clear affirmation of the confidence, trust, and hope the people have reposed in your leadership. The mandate you have received is both a great privilege and a profound responsibility to serve with integrity, fairness, humility, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the people.

As you prepare to assume office, I encourage you to remain focused on delivering purposeful and people-oriented governance. Let your administration be defined by transparency, accountability, inclusiveness, and sustainable development. The people look forward to improved infrastructure, quality education, accessible healthcare, youth empowerment, women's inclusion, economic growth, and strengthened security across our communities.

Leadership is measured not by the promises made during campaigns but by the positive impact created in the lives of the people. I am confident that, working together as one united team, you will justify the confidence placed in you by the electorate and leave behind a legacy of progress, peace, and transformational leadership.
