The appointment of Hon. Amb. Maleke Idowu Moye as Director-General of the Edo State Orientation Agency (ESOA) represents a strategic investment in experience, competence, vision and effective public communication.

With a background spanning media, entertainment, public communication, advocacy and international engagements, Maleke brings to ESOA a broad perspective and a strong understanding of the power of communication in shaping public perception, strengthening civic consciousness and building meaningful connections between government and citizens.

At a time when effective communication is central to good governance, ESOA needs a leadership capable of moving beyond conventional information dissemination to building active engagement, public awareness, civic responsibility and trust. Maleke's experience and exposure position him to provide the creative and strategic leadership required to reposition the agency as a modern, responsive and people-oriented institution.
